Help With Anniversary Gift Idea?
by admin / December 21st, 2009
What is a good, creative thoughtful gift that I can get my boyfriend for our four year anniversary?
In the past I have bought him a engraved Zippo lighter, a glass beer stein with his family crest on it, and expensive cologne.
The gift has to be unique, because my boyfriend seemingly has everything. Everything he wants, at least. I usually am really good with gifts, but this one has me stumped.
A bit about him: He loves video games, cars, drinking, and anything Irish. Also, he is starting law school next fall. Any ideas?

after all these years together you can make him a gift to show him your appreciation and to show that you care about him. This is what I tried for my bf and it really worked: I offered him a 100% hand made painting from a photo of us and he was very impressed. He told me this is the most memorable gift ever and I was glad to hear that:D here is the source I used you can check out too maybe it will help you too;) http://www.paintedsouvenirs.com
good luck!

Hey Liz,
Especially since you said he’s someone who “seemingly has everything,” maybe you should take a different route. What about a mystery date night? You could surprise him by taking him to the location of your first date, or make his favorite dinner at home and then take him out for really awesome dessert.
How about something related to a new experience or learning something new: he likes drinking? What about materials to try his hand at making his own beer? You can buy kits nowadays for this.
Of course, there’s always the de-stressing gift route — he’ll be in law school and will probably be really stressed out. What about a massage package, or really nice noise-canceling headphones for when he’s studying and needs to shut out all the distractions?
Just a few ideas; I hope you have a great anniversary!

Plan a very simple, but amazing date with him. I’m actually proud to see the girl in a relationship take steps to do something like this.
But anyways like I said, go on a simple and yet, amazing date with him, and oh yes, cuddle oh plenty, make sure he feels loved, give the man butterflies in his stomach.

I like my woman to pamper me – maybe borrow my car and have it detailed and/or make a special meal like lasagna, serve it with my fav wine, watch a sexy movie like 9 1/2 weeks (have the strawberries and chocolate ready!)
Follow that with a hot shower where you wash him down, follow with a back/body rub and well…you know…
I hope things work out great!

Get him some Irish stuff. Like a shot glass, shirt, make a cd with songs you two like. You can get a bunch of stuff like that and put it in a basket or something and wrap for a gift basket. I’m sure you’ll find something he likes. (:http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;…

Anniversaries suck. I hate it how people have to make every traceable day of the year a reason to do something. I like random smash parties and reasonless gifts.

Could you afford to book a flight to visit Ireland? If not, how about an Irish GAA jersey? Does he have Irish roots? Im Irish so I might have some ideas!

does he ever talk about wanting a tattoo or already has one? a family crest tattoo seems pretty cool to me.
