you could, i suppose, but i think it wastes whatever is inside. and it tastes like lighter fluid, which isn’t good for you

Using a zippo to light a pipe will ruin the flavor. It should only be lit with wooden matches that have burned for a couple of seconds.

Different towns have different ordinances. You have to find out what the laws are where the place you want to go is located.

I’m not sure about Pennsylvania, but in California you have to have someone 18 or older with you that has an ID with them.

I live in Pennsylvania for one.
I also work at a place that sells Zippo Lighters.
And the answer is:
1: You technically do not have to be 18 to have it refilled, you can buy the fluid and refill it your self.
2: You can buy it, with no problems,
*exception to the rule*
Especially right now, there have been lots of arson in my area, so you may be carded to buy it. Or may need a parents permission. But that’s not a law right now.
